Photography has always been my passion. From my very first darkroom class in high school, I was hooked. The magic of my image appearing through the developer in the darkroom grabbed a hold of me, and I knew this was what I was going to do. I began photographing children and families, and soon after started photographing weddings. My love for the amazing families and couples that I work with, and the joy of image making drive me to always continue learning my craft and refining my style. I graduated from Columbia College Chicago with my BFA in photography, and still continue to educate myself through the Professional Photographers of America, where I've become a Certified Professional Photographer, earned my Master of Photography degree, and continue learning from my peers and mentors.
My philosophy on photographing comes from a place of love. I truly love the people I work with, and I am so blessed to have them! The relationships that I've made with my clients keep me going, warm my heart, and are the number one reason that I LOVE being a portrait and wedding photographer.
